Although Grobler Malope Inc was officially established in 2021, its roots stretch back to 1995 with the founding of Dionne Lamprecht Attorneys. The firm, under the leadership of Dionne Lamprecht, quickly made a name for itself with its focus on Insolvency Law and Matrimonial Matters.

It became a pioneer in the legal industry, being the first law firm to offer the online registration of Antenuptial Contracts—an innovation that set the stage for modern legal services. In 2012, Dionne Lamprecht Attorneys was absorbed into Dionne Lamprecht Inc, transforming into a boutique firm under the stewardship of Rohan Lamprecht. With its refined focus on Insolvency Law and Divorce Cases, the firm gained a reputation for specialized, high-quality legal services.

The firm’s growth and evolution continued in 2018 when Gladness Malope joined as a candidate attorney, bringing a fresh perspective and new ideas. During her time as an articled clerk, she established the Debt Review Division as well as the Deceased Estate Division, expanding the firm's services to meet the growing needs of its clients.

In August 2021, Dionne F. Lamprecht sadly passed away, but his legacy lived on. The firm continued its operations until December 2021, when the decision was made to rebrand and relaunch as Grobler Malope Inc, marking a new chapter in its history. Though Grobler Malope Inc may appear as a relatively new entity, its origins, corporate culture and accumulated wisdom span almost 30 years.
